Our mission is to motivate, inspire, and assist student-athletes in financial awareness. Empowering them to gain control of financial freedom for their futures.
We believe the term “skills training” is not limited to only athletics. For us, it also includes investment, credit, banking, academics, and leadership. It means helping equip our youth to become great leaders and understand the fundamentals of financial literacy.
Our aim is to help youth build the skills needed for job placement with teachings around resume building and interview etiquette. Thanks to our partnerships with local schools, companies, and organizations, we will be offering internship and job placement programs coming soon.
Mental Health Awareness and Support
Today, we know that mental health is a serious issue. We encourage our youth to reach out and speak up if they feel they may be having some mental health issues. No matter what the issue, we want to assist them in the mental health issues they may go through at their young age. To this end, we are also building a platform for motivational speakers, social workers, and counselors to be available for our youth to reach out to.
Basketball and Leadership
For student-athletes, we have established an Honor Society Basketball Program that promotes a healthy active lifestyle by developing their basketball talents and leadership skills. This program is designed to help student-athletes go through the process of preparing, enrolling, testing, and applying for college scholarships and assisting student-athletes with overall exposure to coaches at colleges/universities that fit the appropriate level of play of the student-athlete. Our online platform will allow coaches to view players profiles and film. and also taking teams to play in National AAU tournaments with the highest level of competition that will have many coaches in attendance.
Our athletes also attend mentorship seminars and community service events to help develop leadership qualities off the court. We offer training and player development in basic fundamentals and advanced skills training through local skills development coaches.
Legacy-building
Our team is eager to assist our youth with the positive and encouraging resources needed to be successful in the world we live in today. By equipping them with financial literacy, leadership skills, and workplace/business development skills they have the opportunity to become less consumer-minded and more investment-minded and begin to leave a legacy of their own.
